I requested to cancel, why did I receive a bill after I canceled?

ResultsMail bills at the end of every month. Cancellation requests must be made prior to the commencement of the next monthly billing cycle.

If you made your cancellation request during a billing cycle, you will still be billed at the end of that current billing cycle.
